I've said to myself that I'm try and do a couple of canvas's that uses your style of approaching paint.

Try to stOp using 'line' for once, and try to create some of the deep, dark, calm atmosphere that your work has.

Another interesting piece. Great tones and textures. Coupled with the title this creates a mystery as to what this might be. Another well done piece!

No,you´re not being nosey Birgit!! But Content? Nah With this piece I´d say so But It´s all so transitory,isn´t it?
Indeed those phases of activity are sometimes shortlived,aren´t they?
But in those times of inspiration there can be enough of a spark to ignite that fire which will carry us on.
It´s not a ship,though I can see why you might have said that. I´m thinking a lot about my Mother and the walks she takes with my Dad in the park.I spent two months over in Ireland while she recuperated from Illness.I went on two walks with them in the park,took some photos.There are elements in those photos I am useing,They are elderly but seeing how life is slipping away from her bit by bit,I´m finding it´s influencing my work.A form of dealing with the emotional aspect of it all.Thank you again for your thoughts
